Completely redesigned the CVS mobile app home screen to increase visibility into all lines of business, including pharmacy, shop, health services, and more; as well as build a home screen that could be personalized based on specific user needs.
Built same-day delivery as a fulfillment method for web and app retail purchases, specifically within the cart and checkout flow.
Took a content-first approach to redesigning the CVS retail order tracking page.
Built a raffle game for the Elevance Health sales team to use to promote the new Broker Plus mobile app to insurance brokers during their annual roadshow presentations.
Built a new website for Emily Griffith Technical College that better highlights the breadth and depth of the Career and Technical Education programs, that is easier to navigate, and that encourages future students to apply.
As part of the Writing for User Experience program I completed through the School of Visual Concepts, I proposed content changes to the ORCA public transit card ordering process to make it more user friendly.
As part of the Google UX Design Certificate program, I designed a mobile app from scratch, including conducting competitive audits and usability studies.
