GOOGLE UX DESIGN CERTIFICATE PORTFOLIO

Role: UX Designer/UX Researcher

Strategy: As part of the Google UX Design Certificate program, I designed a mobile app from scratch, including conducting competitive audits and usability studies.  
​
Design Process: My Google UX Design portfolio project was to build a movie ticket and theater snack ordering mobile app. To start, I conducted a competitive audit and user interviews to identify user needs and current gaps in available mobile applications. Then, I sketched out several wireframe iterations on paper before building digital wireframes in Figma. 
​
I turned the digital wireframes into a basic prototype to test with users. Using that feedback I updated the wireframes and then built high-fidelity mockups, adding visual design and animation.
